This interactive webpage was created to simplify the wedding invitation ordering process for brides and their families. To ensure it addressed real client needs, I researched frequently asked questions and conversations to uncover where customers were most confused. From there, I designed the interactive modules to guide users through what’s included in a wedding stationery suite and the purpose of each piece. I collaborated closely with our tech team, overseeing the build to maintain brand consistency, and worked through troubleshooting and refinements until the launch. The result is a clear, user-friendly resource that helps clients feel confident and informed when placing their order.
